This is a general message on all my listings hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc. All these types of items I sell are usually open box returns that were bought on amazon and then returned by the customer. Most of which are honestly used one time, to try the item, and if for whatever reason they don't like the item, they return it to Amazon and Amazon allows this. So, some may have scratches, dings, etc. And some may not. Usually,  if they do, I will try to make any that I notice,  clearly visible in the pictures. All that I list have been cleaned and sanitized beforehand with sanitizing Wet Ones wipes, tested before listing (all listed work exactly as they should or it will be stated at the top of this description as well) and also wrapped in bubble wrap, and a zip/twist tie wrapped around all cords. I do all of this before I put them back in the box. Please see all pictures as they show pretty much everything there is to see. Also I make it a point to be the lowest priced item on ebay at the time i list them so check my store out if this particular one doesn't meet your fancy, and im sure you can find one that will and at a great price.  Thanks for looking
